U.S. News and World Report Ranks SC on 2022 List of Best Online Bachelor’s Programs

Wichita, Kansas – Southwestern College has been ranked on the U.S. News World Report List of Best Online Bachelor’s Programs for 2022.

U.S. News and World Report, a media company publishing news, rankings, and analysis, evaluated colleges by factors including engagement, services and technologies, faculty credentials and training, and expert opinion when assessing them for their online bachelor’s degree program offerings. Southwestern College received recognition for its academically trained and professionally proven instructors and its ability to provide learners with opportunities with faculty interaction and classmate collaboration.

“At Southwestern College, we continue to place a focus on relevant and engaging content developed and delivered by our own faculty members,” says Mike Leamy, associate vice president of academic affairs at Southwestern College Professional Studies. “We invest in both our faculty and an extensive student support system to ensure that our students have the best possible learning experience in our classes. The hope is that the collaboration and interactions between students and faculty promote success in all aspects of their lives from the classroom to their current employment and future career paths.”

Southwestern College has also been ranked by “U.S. News and World Report in categories including Best Online Master’s in Business Programs (Excluding MBA), Best Online MBA Programs, Best Online Bachelor’s Programs for Veterans, Best Online Bachelor’s in Business Programs, and Best Online Master’s in Education Programs.

Since 2001, Southwestern College has offered online degree programs through its Professional Studies division. Adult learners choose from more than 30 online undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs. Courses are led by expert faculty entirely online, providing students with the opportunity to interact in a global learning community from anywhere in the world.
