How To Send Official Transcripts to Southwestern College

If you are a new learner at Southwestern College you will need to send your official transcripts to us in order to avoid any issues with your school record. 

PLEASE NOTE:
If you attended an institution for just one class, we will still need the official transcript from that institution. Military members with CCAF transcripts those must be submitted as well. If you have received credit by examination such as CLEP or DANTES, please submit transcripts for those as well.

Three Ways You Can Send Your Official Transcripts to Southwestern College

  1. You can order transcripts from prior college/university coursework online via the National Student Clearinghouse website by visiting www.getmytranscript.com.
  2. Contact ALL institutions you've attended and request them to send your official transcripts to the Registrar's office via email at registrar@sckans.edu.
  3. Contact ALL institutions you've attended and request them to send your official transcript to the Registrar's office via regular mail to the following address:
