Implementing Cisco Threat Control Solutions (SITCS) is an online training course, which is part of the curriculum path leading to the Redesigned Cisco Certified Network Professional Security (CCNP Security) certification.

The CICD: Implementing Cisco Collaboration Devices online training course focuses on providing the skills and knowledge necessary to implement Cisco Unified Communications (UC) solutions. It covers administration of end-user interfaces, telephony and mobility features, and Cisco UC solutions maintenance.

The CIPTV1: Implementing Cisco IP Telephony and Video, Part 1 online training course prepares delegates for implementing a Cisco Unified Communications Manager, CUBE and audio and video conferences in a single-site environment.

The CIPTV2: Implementing Cisco IP Telephony and Video, Part 2 online training prepares delegates for implementing  Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco VCS-C and Cisco Expressyway in a multisite environment.

The CTCOLLAB:  Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony and Video, online training course will prepare students with the necessary knowledge and skills for troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communication Manager, Cisco VCS-C, and Cisco Expressway series in a multisite voice and video network.     

The 70-688:  Managing and Maintaining Windows 8.1 online training course teaches students how to plan and implement the installation, management, and maintenance of Windows 8.1. Develop your knowledge and skills in Windows 8.1 installation methods, local and remote management using bundled tools, policy and Windows PowerShell, user authentication, Windows Store and desktop apps, and mobile device management with Windows Intune.

The 70-680:  Configuring Windows 7 online training course is intended for IT Professionals who are interested in expanding their knowledge base and technical skills about Windows 7 Client. In this online training course, students learn how to install, upgrade, and migrate to Windows 7 client. Students then configure Windows 7 client for enterprise network connectivity, security, maintenance, and mobile computing.

The Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 R2 (410) online training course is part one of a series of three online training courses that provide the skills and knowledge necessary to implement a core Windows Server 2012 infrastructure in an existing enterprise environment.
