Course Overview

This online, instructor-led course is the second step in preparing for to become a full time Enterprise Linux® administrator. This second course goes deeper into enterprise more advanced Linux administration tasks, including file systems and partitioning, logging, SELinux, networking and firewall configuration, boot procedures, and troubleshooting. This course is the second of two Linux System Administration courses required to prepare for the Red Hat® Certified System Administration Exam (EX200)

This course is appropriate for Enterprise Linux® system administrators seeking validation of their skills, or those new to Linux system administration. This course will provide preparation for experienced Linux system administrators who require certification as a Linux System Admin in their job role or based on a mandate, such as DoD 8570 directive. It is also appropriate for IT professionals who are on the path to earn Red Hat® Certified System Administrator certification or Red Hat® Certified Engineer certification.
